DF series is a smokeless water-based graphite die release lubricant designed to meet the request of hot forging industry. DF series is especially effective for precise part forging and highly automated facilities requiring excellent quality of graphite lubricant.
- DF- 150 – For Deep Cavity jobs for die temperature upto 350°C
- DF-150SP – For Shallow to Medium cavity jobs for die temperature upto 350°C
- DF-105 - For Shallow Cavity jobs for die temperature upto 250°C
Until recently, graphite powder, or a gel type graphite, has been the most commonly used material in the manufacture of die release lubricant for the hot forging. We have developed a transparent, non-polluting, liquid type lubricant. W series overcome the environmental disadvantage of graphite lubricant.

- WF-100 –For Shallow to Medium Cavity jobs for die temperature upto 250°C
